Our Approach

Virginia Community Squash programs remove barriers to participation by offering transportation, equipment, high quality coaching, results and impact measurement and more. We use our squash programs to help participants develop fitness and life success skills at little to no cost to any participant or partner organization.

Virginia Community Squash Programs

We offered a range of programs over the year that reached area youths typically ranging in age from 3rd grade to rising high school seniors. Our students learned the sport of squash, got real exercise, and learned life success skills such as concentration, cooperation, communication and confidence. Virginia Community Squash prepared and enabled our volunteer coaches to develop their own coaching and mentoring skills growth and to take advantage of our squash programs to become competent program and community leaders.
